Well rest week is over and back at it. Doggcrap training in full swing. If you haven't learned what DC training is, here is a link to a good write up over it. http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance/how_to_build_50_pounds_of_muscle_in_12_months
Still sitting about 270 and the goal is to hit 285 or as close to it as possible. Gonna be rough with a baby due any day now but I'll still manage to get my lifts in. So here's how day 1 went down.

Day 1:
Incline bb press 315#s - 12 reps, rest pause
DB Shoulder Press 100's - 24 reps, rest pause
Dips 120# +BW - 19 reps, rest pause
Lat Pulldowns 300#s - 24 reps, rest pause
Rack Pulls 495#s - 10 reps, 12 reps straight sets

Meals are high protein, carbs based around my workouts and I have gotten crazy with the veggies. I am sticking to HIIT style cardio keeping it within 10-12 minutes on non training days and feel like I'm recovering just fine. I am spending more and more time on the foam roller with my quads, hip flexors, IT bands glutes and such as I am naturally super tight in those areas. Starving today, can't seem to eat enough. Also I want to give thanks to my sponsor, Hydraulix and the owner, Jay. Thank you for giving me a shot and allowing me to represent you. I look forwardto growing with the company and can't wait to represent on stage. I also can't wait for the release of the rest of the line. Well that's it for now.... I'll update a little each day.

Side note -
We are waiting for Lincoln to be born any day now. Trying to come up with a game plan on how to manage the gym during and right after delivery. We will be relying on a lot of friends stepping up to help out. We truly are blessed with good people around us. I put all my trust in God and He keeps taking care of me every step of the way. I tell ya, times are tough and people are scared but I rely on God. Knowing He has my back, I don't sweat the small stuff at all because at the end of the day I still have Him. Thanks for taking the time to allow me to share this.
