January 21st Metroflex Gym of Plano Annual BASH and ABC EVENT!

Hey Guys!

Greg here from Metroflex Plano!

We are planning another big event on January 21st, this year will be a charity event for the MDA.

It's going to be a great event with the feature being a seminar including: Jeff Dwelle, MR USA STEVE KUCLO, Myself, and contest prep guru and owner of intensemuscle.com Skip Hill!

We will also be having a demo of some of Dallas's top bench pressers so you should be able to catch a few 900+ benches!

The event will be happening whether we end up having an ABC event or not but I LOVE having the Animal crew at the gym!
