Outside influences

They come at you left and right, some good and some bad. It's up to you how you let them affect you. Generally I can let things roll off my back and keep on with what I'm doing without a second thought. But recently someone very important to me, whom normally influences me in a great way suddenly became a negative force in my life. I won;t go into details but it has put me in a funk for the past couple of weeks which has led me to missing my workouts, missing meals and a lot of stress. We all know that those three things can be detrimental to ones goals. Well here I am just over two weeks since and I'm a good 15 pounds lighter, unmotivated and depressed. Today I thought "what the hell are you doing?". So praying at church today I have finally been able to let go. So tonight, God willing, or most likely tomorrow, the meals are back on schedule my ass will be back in the gym like clock work. I have goals and for those that stand in my way, ya better move or I'm bulldozing you out of my life. The only judgement I need to be concerned with is His above. I only have 8 months until my next show and improvements to make. With school, opening the gym, my family, my training, it's easy to come out of balance like I have recently. Time to get back in sync with my life, no more time wasted. So when outside influences come at ya, grab on to the positive and let the negative go on by. Keep the blinders on and don't get distracted by nay sayers and what not. Once you get of track they win....so head down and keep stepping forward.
